This hotel is truly a tropical paradise with spacious rooms featuring very comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities. The staff, while super accommodating, go out of their way to cater to dietary requirements in an amazing natural setting. However, there are some areas where the service could be enhanced for a more western appeal.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were huge, pretty, and very comfortable, offering a perfect location with each room overlooking the beach; however, they did seem a bit dated and not in the best shape. The service was very accommodating, with attentive staff who were always willing to help, although they did ask for the room number twice during breakfast. The location was its best quality, situated on the absolute best, private, and quiet stretch of Sabang Beach, which is the best beach in the Puerto Princesa general area; however, the access road was a bit rough looking. The dining options were a bit limited, but the Filipino-style dishes were tasty. The facilities provided were decent, catering to basic needs.

The rooms offer a clean and very tropical setting but be mindful to bring your insect spray to avoid additional charges at the reception. The service can be hit or miss, with some staff being incredibly warm and caring while others may not be as attentive. The location is beautiful with mountains and jungle just a few meters away from the sea, creating a truly picturesque setting. My stay at the hotel was fantastic with clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a great location near the beach and restaurants. The only letdown was the limited breakfast options. Nevertheless, the well-maintained pool area added to the enjoyable experience, despite the additional cost for Wi-Fi.

The staff were brilliant, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, the room looked out over the beach but felt a bit outdated, and the air conditioning was faulty and loud.
